We lived here for more than a year in a 1BR. We got a special and so it was quite a steal for the kind of apartments these are. Parking could be an issue if you have people over since there are not that many open spots and road side parking is always occupied. People who have garages never park in them but always on the road and hence block the entire place.
Maintenance is good, staff is reasonable. They have a clean pool and spa and is not that crowded. The staff was very helpful in increasing our lease to 2 month after the initial 1 year, and if you negotiate well they are accomodating.
Because of the geese near the lake, the roads are very poopy. To add to that, the dog owners dont scoop and it can be quite a challenge to take a walk along the community. Overall, we were happy with the experience and will recommend it to anyone who wants good living for a decent price.
