Take all you read here with a grain of salt. The May poster who denigrates AIMCO and Brookdale Lakes is a disgruntled former AIMCO employee who left his apartment in deplorable condition and was charged accordingly. The pool has not been shut down once this season, and the Jacuzzi was completely remodeled in February of this year. A total staff/management overhaul occurred in October 01. We have 24 hour emergency maintenance and 24 hour routine maintenance guarantee. We are confident we offer the best customer service and the best value in all of Naperville.
