It's amazing that the previous writer talked about his/her garbage bins not being full. What a joke. They must live at the other end of the complex, because at our end 2 weeks ago ours was so full the garbage men would not pick up the garbage and it sat there stinking for a week! Garbage was all over the ground, I saw animals there at night. I was going to call the Health Department, but they finally cleaned it up before I did. I didn't even bother going to the office because those folks are not helpful with any problems. I have seen people from other communities drive up and dump their crap there. It's an absolute disgrace. We pay high rents, and other people dump in our bins so they don't have to pay the garbage pick-up fee where they live. And the parking is awful - everyone now parks in the street because they charge $75 for the garage. In my opinion this created a Safety hazard. There was a big fire a few years ago, and if this ever happens again, people are going to be hurt (or worse) because they can't get through anymore because of the cars on the street. I can't even imagine what it will be like when it snows. I've just about had it.
