Obviously... since I have not resided here, I cannot provide information like how loud the community is at night or maintenance issues, etc. What I can provide is a truthful review based on my research. I recently checked out the 2bedroom/2 bath unit (largest one they have) and must say I was more than O.K. with the space/size/layout. All units have a full sbs w/d and the one I looked at had a open concept layout. The kitchen was on the smaller size but still functions well (I imagine). It has a breakfast bar that looks over a large living/dining (combo) area and the balcony is a very decent size... 12x6 and is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The MB is decent and has it's own bath. The other bedroom is typically small as a 2nd bedroom. The garages are 75 extra and you must take our your own trash to the dumpster. You will also pay separately for the water, sewer, electric and gas...doesn't include any amenities in the unit. There's a SMALL pool by the leasing office and decent sized workout room and sauna room... available 24x7 with a passkey. The location is GREAT... by passes the local mall there (thank god) and is very close to Diehl and I88... it's nestled in a community with SFH's... It's an older community...is not the BEST looking community out there but the other PLUSES may outweigh whatever negatives there are... just my opinion... not sure if I will lease here yet but it's a contender...
