I lived here for about a year. The only real drawbacks were the noisy air conditioners during the summer (you had to turn the tv up everytime it kicked on) and the drafty windows/doors during the winter. There was always ample parking, the indoor/outdoor pool was nice and rarely crowded, and the only crabby person we had dealt with in the office was gone before our lease was up.
