i love the area in which this place is located, but the amount i pay for rent is ridiculous. they say that you get all these ammenities, but let me tell you the fitness center sucks and smells, the pool ALWAYS has crap floating all over (they never clean it)
ans if you dont like bugs then i really wouldnt recommend it! my bathroom is covered in ants and my bedrooms always getting the flying ants. not to mention i am a very private person so when i discovered that you could hear the people talking in the apartment next to be i was very upset! they tell you there is a foot a cement between each floor, but i can hear them stomping all around all hours of the night.

The rent for living at Brookdale Village is reasonable and comparable for the area, remembering that we do live in a very expensive area of course. The fitness center is adequate, and I never noticed any odd smells. The pool and hot tub are always clean when I have gone to use them. This review was written almost two years ago, so things may have changed for the better from when this review was written. However, the ant problem I would have to agree with, although I have not yet experienced "flying ant's" in my apartment.
