Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
Equity residential is terrable they are CROOKS - they upon move out charge outragous sums of money for so called damages - and call you to Harass you about it. The Heat in my apartment never worked neither did the air - I had friends at mcdowell place - they let the hot tub turn green every weekend and the pool too. There is thick Black MOLD in the funace closets and in the rug by the closet. Take My Advice Rent Elsewhere.
