I have lived here for only 6 months, and believe me, I can not WAIT to get out of there. The management is horrible. They lose your packages. The garbage is always overflowing. The buildings have a few gutters, which are clogged, so water falls off the roof, causing huge puddles, dangerous icicles, and frozen lakes on the walkways. The "Park" if that's what you want to call it, is filled with disgusting geese and green, moldy, stinky water. It is absolutely disgusting. The pool which is indoors, always has something wrong with it. So when they say it's open 365 days a year... They are lying to you.
In January we had a SEVERE ant problem that was coming from our neighbor's apartment that didnt get fixed for over 2 weeks. The ants were everywhere. We ended up taking our puppy to the vet for getting bit so many times. There are rowdy kids all over the place, throwing rocks and ice at your windows, breaking down the building's address signs. And even if you complain to the management they do nothing. My brand new car has about 10 dents in it from people hitting it. The parking lot is poorly lit. Since we moved in in August the master window has been broken and one day the whole window just fell out of the wall!!! when we called maintenence, all they did was shove it back in and said not to open it anymore since we needed a new one... HELLO!!! Then give us a new one! The washer is super tiny, and cant fit more that 2 shirts and MAYBE 1 pair of jeans. The dryer is horrible. You need to leave it on for about 4 hours to get your things dry, and even after that they're still damp AND shrunk! They do NOT attend to the needs of their occupants. Your neighbors complain about the smallest things. They day we moved in, I was unpacking the kitchen alone, by myself, and the people above us called in a complaint that I was too noisy. Maybe they heard my pots and pans hit each other' Every single issue that we have had since day one has still gone unsolved. You would be a complete fool to move here. There are so many more beautiful properties in the area and I highly recommend going somewhere else.
