I would have to agree with the warnings here. Be weary of Jessica in the management office. Prior to signing the lease, she will promise you the world. Once you sign the lease however, things quickly change. Get any and all agreements in writing. Be prepared to deal with the salesman tactics they use, and if possible, continue your search before signing with Equity.
