I just moved out of Chantecleer Lakes. My stay there was good, but I was warned by others that when I moved out they would treat me poorly and try to squeeze every penny out of me. Sure enough, when I gave notice (a few days past the deadline, which I pointed out to them) they assured me that everything was fine. When I moved they ended up charging me rent for every day that my notice was late (even though they told me it was fine), an extra day for my roommate turning his key in a few hours late and God only know how much of my deposit they'll keep. The worst part is they won't even discuss it with you rationally. They give you a final bill (in my case almost $400!!) and IMMEDIATELY turn it over to a collection agency.

I was warned and I got burned. Hopefully I can help someone else. Take my advice and stay away!! These people are wolves. If you're in Naperville, then I suggest checking out Railway Plaza or Arbors -- where I almost, and should have lived. Good Luck.
