I haven't lived here long, but CL has its goods and bads...

1. They NEVER respond, if your'e locked out, too bad. they don't answer pages, they don't call back. They ignore you.

2. Maintenance staff is real nice, but everything seems to break. carpet was crap when we moved in, and needed to be replaced. and the new carpet isn't much better. tile in kitchen was horrible, they replaced it, and its almost as ------. I had a problem in the apt that i called about at least 3 times a week and it finally got fixed months later.

3. False promises. They will tell you that there are concrete walls, but i can here my neighbor snore. I never got what I asked for in my walk through. I don't like liars.

4. Office staff VERY FLAKY. I don't think any of them went to college!

Positives:
1. It is quiet. Not that many kids, and everyone seems to be low key.

2. parking isnt that bad at all. Only when you come home late at night, you might have to park a bit away.

3. Grounds are kept up real well. When it snows, they are out they at the crack of dawn plowing and salting the walk ways.

4. Pat is real nice.

5. Its very safe to me. I havent heard of any problems.

6. Construction isnt that bad. I dont like the plastic base boards and trim. Walls are smooth. Appliances a bit old.

If you move here, make sure you have a walk through before you sign. And get it in writing if they are going to replace anything. Ask for new carpet. It wears out fast!
