My particular building is extremely noisy at all hours of the day and night. What I mean exactly is hearing people slam their doors as hard as they can when they come home. There is absolutley no reason for this because the doors close easily and quietly without a problem. Another problem is that you can often hear people shouting at each other, whistling, and of course loud banging music (so loud you can feel the vibrations through the floors and walls). It seems like everyone is rude and do not know how to close a door quietly and politley.

The staff here is very friendly but maintence is absolutley horrible! I had an emergency situation with a leak and the woman from the office said maintence would be there soon. But did they show up' Of course not, and they never did. If maintence does come, it takes way over a week for them to respond.

Parking here is awful on weekday nights and Sunday nights. If you arrive here after 7 or 8pm, you might have to park far away from your building. Also, the lights in the parking lot seem dim and it doesn't feel very safe late at night.
