Beware of a deal they have of $99 dollar security deposit move-in. Yeah, it sounds great, but when you move out, you will receive a bill for almost $400. Also, make sure you give 60 days notice before moving out or else you will pay an extra month's rent. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and save it.

Back to the bill for $400. I called and complained to Equity residential's corporate office. I could not figure out why I was getting this bill since I had paid everything off. After arguing with the guy for ten minutes and listening to him give me the run around, he knocked $70 off the bill. So you know it is a scam. He also said I had to pay with credit card now over the phone or else the deal was off.

This place is shady--especially the office staff. I would stay away, I had lots of problems with maintenance being slow and unresponsive.
