If there's a rating as worst bang for the buck, then it has to be these apartmetns. Ridiculously expensive, horrible response to emergencies, very poor maintenance - which leads to leaking roofs, unintelligent apartment design which provides very poor ventilation - all these only begin to describe it.
The staff hold a careless attitude toward residents, especially ones who complain of plumbing issues. The turnover or response time for emergency call is about 1 day - and that was after several phone calls and messages to threaten escalation of issue.
Every fix my maintenance person requires a second call because a job is never done right the first time.

Would highly recommend against living here.There are a lot more apartments that offer a much better experience for better price
