I am happy I went to apartmentratings.com before I decided to rent anywhere. This place, Chantecleer puts up such a good front. I came here once and a couple of middle aged women in the office said they didn't have anything for me to look at. I believed it until I waited in my car and saw them taking people to view apartments. I am a single white female and am very presentable.
