Have a very good experience here at Chantecleer Lakes. Maintenance has been responsive. Sometimes it takes more then 1 call to get something fixed, but good on the whole.
As for value, Chantecleer was one of the best value in the Naperville/Warrenville area. Our apartments are very quite, you can hear what goes on in the hallways, but sharing the hallway with 4 other units makes noise pretty minimal. Floors have concrete between them and make noise transfer between apartments non existent.
The staff is helpful and friendly, however make sure you get everything in writing epically lease termination notices, get a receipt!
Never had problems with parking, or traffic in the lot. Grounds are meticulously kept, and crime problems are low.
