Me and my Husband moved here last April and will be moving out when our lease is up this April and we cannot wait! We moved in because we thought the price was great and we just loved Karen who was working in the office at the time. Since then things have gone down hill, the only nice thing I have to say about this place is that the Maintenance staff here is wonderful. When we first moved in we got a brand new washer and dryer and a new stove, and since then any problems we have had they have come over withen a couple of hours and fixed the problem. The office on the other hand is HORRIBLE!!! They do not care what happens here or who they let live here. Our neighbors are so disrespectful, I call and complain about the loud music being played and instead of the management handeling something that should be there problem they told me to call the police! My husband has a motorcycle that was parked in the same spot for three days in the summer becasue it was raining out and the office had his bike towed and we were charged $250 by the tow truck company. When I called the management office to see why they had our motorcycle towed they said that the bike was "inoperatable", and as per our lease was parked incorrectly. So when I pulled out the lease it said nothing about not being able to park motorcycles in regular parking spaces in front of the building. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have lived in many apartment communitys and have never been treated so poorly in my life. There are plenty o fother motorcyles in this community that thave been in the same spot for months on end that have never been ticketed by the management office. I hated living here. So please, please think twice before signing a lease with Chantecleer Lake Apartments.

Another thing I thought was kind of funny is that if you want to complain to someone about the managemt office, the complaint does not go to Equity Apartments who is actually over them it goes to the Chantecleer Lakes Manager Christina who is a Fat B****! And is no thelp to the tenants at all! They need to get rid of her. Since I have been here 6 of the 8 apartments have been moved in and out of! That is not a good sign!!!!!
