I have lived here for 3 years now and I am very pleased. The 1st year I was here was shaky, but the office has a great staff who do really care and the maintenance is always very responsive. I have a great apartment and enjoy where I live. I am close to everything yet not in the congestion of Naperville. The office finally got rid of the evil laura mae person and everyone there is friendly and their attitude has done a 180. It seems like that one person brought them down as well. Kristina the manager has always been very caring and helpful. The new assistant seems nice enough. Kris the leasing guy is always more then friendly. He is always helping me with my packages to the car and talks my ear off which I enjoy. Keep it up Chantecleer Lakes, and thank you for making it feel like home.
