The tennants here are very strange, especially when it comes to parking. It makes perfect sense to park in front of or in the vicinity of your building, right' Wrong.
Some people, particually an older blue, boxy Jeep Cherokee AND an old dark blue 70s car are nuts enough to park in front of, say the building next to them, even if there are 4 or 5 empty spaces in front of their own building. That is just very odd. The guy with the 70s car is just plain gross. He has a cigarette glued to his mouth all the time and pulls wedgies out in broad daylight. He's just plain low class trailer trash.

This all creates parking problems for the people in that building because of one person. It just doesn't make any sense at all.

Another thing to worry about is just how other people park next to you. Some park at complete angles, with their wheels turned all the way to one side, some just park over the lines, and some will park extreamly close to you and hit your car door with no concern.
You also have to worry about people pulling in at 2, 3 AM on the weekdays blasting music so loud you can feel the floor vibrate.
This is all just some information you should know if moving to these apartments. Other than that, everything else is okay except for weird neighbors you'll have to deal with.
