I have lived at Chantecleer for 9 months and cannot wait until my lease is up. This place is absolutly dreadful! The only good thing I have to say about this place is the maintenance (keep up the good work guys)! The parking is a joke, they have secret restrictions that are not listed in your lease which you will only find out about once your vehicle has been towed. I an can only warn people thinking of moving here not to do it. There are plenty of beautiful apartment complexes in Naperville be sure to take the time and weigh your options.

As far as Um.. WOW goes. After reading her comments I had to laugh. This lady has alot of nerve, I don't see her putting her name up, at least KRedwinski wasn't afraid to state her feelings as most of us on this site are. She was brave enough to voice her opinions and let the management office know it was her that was saying those things. And the person that wrote about the license plates she is making other people aware of the freaks that they have living in their community! I am almost positive that the Um.. WOW lady works in the office because I cannot see anyone having that strong of feelings for this crap hole complex. I hate Christina as well I think she is rude and arrogant and knows nothing about customer service. When she looks in the mirror every morning she should be getting a reality check usually FAT UGLY people are nice cause that is the only thing that they have going for them Christina think about this!! I myself am not a miserable person nor am I fat or ugly. So what do you have to say about me Mrs. Um..WOW'
