There is not enough parking.
The pool is not heated and is very rarely cleaned.
The apartments are reasonable. Some of the best prices in the naperville area. Which is why the complex is being over-run by Middle Eastern curry munchers, and --------.

Lets not forget the gang banger wannabes that blast the ghetto music in their cars so loud that you cant hear yourself think.
