Don't move in unless you are planning on staying only a short period. Management is nice and makes great attempts to work out problems. However, as a whole, I wouldn't let them manage my laundry. Complaints are usually handled as quickly as possible but many items that required repairing were done by a couple of monkeys posing in clothes. Several of the repairs had to be reworked as they were left in a somewhat dangerous state. In general, if a contractor performed like this maintenance group, they would be out of business quickly.

In addition, the leases seemed to change at a whim. Management sets expiration dates that are convienent to them and not the renter. In addition, lease terms became more restrictive every year. The excuse is that "our company sets these rules". An example is a mandatory 50k of personal liability insurance (might as well add that on to the cost of the rent).

The location is nice but the people in the complex are slowly changing. The complex, although fixed up, seemed to be declining in the "quality" of the residents. Constant problems with neighbors occurred as they moved in and out of the revolving door. There did seem to be a much higher turnover rate than in the past.

If you want a nice apartment with marginal neighbors, insufficient parking, questionable maintenance, and braindead management, please have a good time. Otherwise I suggest you look outside of Naperville for a lower costing placce to live or somplace that gives you more your money.
