I have only been at Chantecleer Lakes for a few months. Yes, some of the residence are a little wierd, but that's to expected in most apartment complexes. I'm sure some residence may think I'm wierd (to each his own)! From what I have seen, people try to be courteous when it comes to the parking (no fights so far, but it's not snowing yet either). At any rate, the staff is extremely friendly. The grounds are well kept. The building hallways are kept junk-free. And, although the appliances are not the most up to date, they get the job done. An overall renovation would be nice, but for the money, it's a nice place!
