I was recently informed by a neighbor of the negative comments on the units being converted into condos. I have lived here for almost 2 years and think it is a great way to get out of renting and buy a starter home. I really want to buy as long as I can afford it. I have a friend who is an appraiser and agrees that the prices are awesome for the naperville area. Anyone who would choose to leave the discounts and rent for another year is crazy. Why throw money away to another rental unit. The prices are low. The location is great and everything will be remodeled. As far as the parking, the lots are being redone and there will be assigned parking.

Okay, you buy a condo here and let us know how it works out for you. Please keep track of your expenses for: extermination, plumbing service calls, etc. Oh, don't forget the condo association fees. Let us know how much you saved (...er, spent) on all of that.
