I think some reviewers might get kick out from the community (because all units aren't for rent no more)and unhappy that's why gave some unfair comments. As what I think the palce is A . Close to shopping centers and I-88. A pretty forest just by the community. The landscape is great in the neighborhood too. It's really hard to find a place as that pretty and close to shopping centers. As I know they have three packages to do the condos. The standard packages are very good quality. I don't know how come the previous review said they used cheap stuff. Anyway, be fair, I would suggest you guys can purchase here. The price is going up. Now is $3000 more. The current 2nd floor 1 bedroom units were sold out. Face to lake units were gone too(or almost). Recently, I have been there for asking the details about the pumping issues. They are sales so I don't want to just trust them. However,any problem about it or roof whatever, the association fee will cover. Nobody needs to fix it. Just call the office to send people to fix it. This is a condo unit, not buying a townhouse or single house.

You know it must be bad on the inside when most of the review is talking about things on the outside (shopping, landscaping). And this would not surprise me if it is management--they appear to have the time to do this kinda thing. Association fees well spent, eh?

You do not know what you are talking about, you think the management here cares what a couple of ex renters say, they have sold 200 of the 300 plus homes. Why would you write stuff, how do I know you aren't one of there competitors, trying to get people not to buy at chantecleer. people are going to write good things just like you wrote some B.S. And with a name like belzebud, why would we trust you. The proof is in the pudding. You obviously can't afford it, don't be mad at everyone else.

Hey management, please stop posting 5.0s to bring your rating up. 8/20/06 How do I know you don't work in the condo office and you just trying to get people to stop in and buy a unit? People are going to write a lot of bad things just like you wrote some BS. And with a name like dogitnow, why would I trust that your not just trying to hump our legs? The proof is in the lime jello. You obviously work for Equity, don't try to trick everyone into buying just cuz your broke.
