As the previous poster stated. Clothes will dry faster if you hang them out to dry. Also in 2006 these apartments were transformed to condos. If you are one of the 20 percent who rent from a privet owner, you will be treated like a child by the management and the many of the owners. In 2006 our roof begin to leak and two years later after over ten attempts to fix, we were not able to have a TV in it's normal place because of fear of another leak. Just drive through the lot any given day and you will see AJ builders who are the roofers, or so they call there self. Other rules that a landlord will not tell you if you move in, if you want someone to stay more than 14 times in one year, you must turn in to management, a criminal background check. Also the parking situation is insane, if you have a guest over and god forbid they park in someone's spot, they will be towed. If you have more than one car and only one spot, don't bother. If you look close at the the walls and window sills, you will see that they just painted over and over. Currently a 2 bedroom unit that is available at 1175 a month and is on McDowell Rd, has a large roof leak over the would be TV area. The landlord will tell you that it's been fixed and the management and AJ Roofer will agree. However wait until the next windy rain and that LCD TV will be destroyed. You will also have the thrill of a neighbor who slams his door as loud as possible. Take care and enjoy you new APARTMENT, not condo.
