My child will move there soon. I would like someone to tell me, what can be expected' will they be a satified renter' There is the security deposit, and NOW they've been informed of an additional $300.00 move in fee!!(which they forgot to mention) I have never heard of this. Also informed that the $300 would be returned the same day. This kind of sounds shaddy' Security Fees and Move in Fees! After reading some of the reviews I could really use more open responses.
We live out of state.

Having previously rented at Chantecleer Lakes when it was apartmenst before it went condo, there were many pros and cons. The cons being the constant plumbing backups, I have heard of many roof leaks out here as well. I moved when the condo conversion was happening and bought a townhome for the same price as they wnated for an apt. The pros being it is a great neighborhood and convenient to many areas. I didn't have a noise issue with my neighbors and the assured me they never heard me and I lived there with small children. If they ahd never gone conso I would still be living there, the plumbing issues never came out of my pocket, however it was disgusting to wake up to sludge on the bathroom floor.
