Since the complex was purchased by AIMCO, it has gone drastically downhill. They ran some very aggressive specials and let anyone move in. As such, there is now crime (police are over constantly) and visible drug dealing and drug use. It is no longer a safe place. Maintenance is terrible. They don't usually respond when called and do shoddy workmanship. AIMCO is a very poor property manager.
