I am not familiar at all with Country Lakes as a place to live, but I am in the real estate field and feel as though the individual who wrote the previous comment has unfairly labeled the person who assisted her. This individual, Rubin, had every right to ask this person for credentials on her animal...he, of course, would need to verify that the animal was indeed a companion animal in order to make reasonable accomodations for both the owner and the animal. It is, of course, a very fragile situation, and it is hard to ask those questions on the leasor's part... but you never know who really NEEDS that animal, or who just slapped a harness on their German Shepard to get it in the door.
Also, most places DO require you to have an appointment.
Again, I am really not familiar with Country Lakes (I, too was on here just looking up places to live). Maybe it is a good place to live, maybe it is awful... I have no clue. I just think it is classless to smear someone's name across a website and associate them with "wronging" a handicapped person for DOING THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!!!
