I too, was worried by some of the previous unfavorable reviews before I moved in. However, I have experienced none of the problems that others have mentioned. I have not had problems with neighbors or management.

My apartment has a great location/view, and it was completely ready for me when I moved in - clean, and everything in working order. When my dryer stopped working, it was repaired within 48 hours. Management/maintenance has been fine.

And by the way, regarding the previous review about a companion animal....the owner of the animal IS required to provide documentation certifying the need for the animal. I'm surprised the owner didn't know this.
