I lived here for a year and overall it wasn't that bad. I had a great view of the golf course and the sunset, however I was on the third floor and they put the AC unit out on the balcony so you couldn't really enjoy the summer and fall out on the balcony with the AC running. It is very pet friendly, most owners had very obiedient pets and seemed to clean up after them, the people below me had a dog that would bark and growl at you every time you walked by. the comeplex is about 16-18 years old. I got more for the money there then any of the other places I looked at. oh the inside walls and doors are very thin, I could hear my roomate with his female friend if you know what I mean.
