My girlfriend and I have lived here for about 7 months, and so far everything has been great. We have a nice view of the golf course and a very nice willow tree. Everyone here has been very nice and our neighbors have been great. Yes, the walls are a bit thin and you can heard people every now and again. Everything in the apartment is pretty old, but in good working order. My only complaint is that since the summer months are here, I have noticed that alot of ------ are out and about. Drinking and smoking, yelling at cars driving by. Just out right being rude. We have two black family living in out building but they have been ok, except the kids like to play in the hallway. The other day was the first day I did not feel safe, there was about 12 black men standing by my door asking me for "smoke" as I walked in. So if you do not like ------, I do not recommend this complex. But for the money you can't beat it. $750 for a 2 bed 2 bath with a great view. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
