I have lived in country lakes for almost a year now, and I really like my place, clean, maintenance is good, office staff is pleasant. However, I do have a dog, and everytime I take him out, we both come in with poop on our feet, there is really no way to dodge it! I pay an extra $40 a month for my dog, and I clean up my poop, I have watch SEVERAL residents watch thier dog poop, and simply walk away! I am very embarrased by this issue. I've had friends with kids over and told them they cant play outside with the dog, cause there is too much poop. I've thought about going out and cleaning it all up, but this would have to been done on a daily basis. I wish we could come together, as neighbors, as a community, to keep it clean, but guess now. I believe I pay a competitive price, reasonable, not too much. But the poop is the only issue I can raise!!

I don't live at this apartment place, but where I live they have issued a 10 day notice of violation if you are caught not cleaning up after your dog - which means you will be evicted within 10 days - that has gotten everyone around here to clean up their dog poop and it is SO MUCH CLEANER - maybe your management will look into that idea. There is no way you should live around all that mess - it is not healthy for you or your kids. Just a thought - Good Luck
