i lived in country lakes for two years and i hated it . They charge you almost 800 dallers and all you get is a small two bedroom the size of a garage . There is a manager jen (terminated) That was very disrespectfull to the children . The management is crazy literally . they sent a note to all tenants saying that the children could not play outside but instead on a 5 by 4 balcony . how am i suppose to exsplain to a little kid to ride there bike on their balcony if you dont believe me ask the managment the next time you visit . They dont even have any designated place for the kids to play at . Even the projects have a swingset . The said they had plans to build a childrens playing area three years before i moved there and they still dont have one . They also said that if anyone sits on their own stoops they will get evicted .(unbelievable i know but mention that to them if you dont believe me). Not only that but the apartments may look decent from the outside but they are crappy from the inside DO NOT MOVE HERE !! Also they lost my security deposit if thats not enough to make you believe
