I have lived here for six or so months. For one I can't agree with calling this place "ghetto", not even by Naperville standards. Perhaps those who say that have been fortunate enough to never have spent time in a real "ghetto". Everyone in the office was real helpful; right up to us signing our lease.I got the run around trying to view our apartment before we moved in. Service issues were addressed w/in a day but didn't get resolved. It took a couple of months, service requests, burnt clothes and condescending notes from the maintenance men before my 22yr old broken dryer was replaced. There have been instances w/ kids getting into our building and causing problems. Office seemed slow to respond to security issues and the locks on outside doors and site lighting could be improved. Disappointed about lack of high speed net/cable options. Rent is cheap for size apartment in this area if you don't mind cottage cheese ceilings, sketchy heated walls, bring lots of liner for the anceint cabinets the pluses are size, view/location,own laundry, fitness area. I live on a top floor; nice view, low noise from neighbors and I didn't have to use the the heated walls for most of the winter.
