If the phone answering service you have continuously runs us in a circle' A person can only press 2 to leave a message and be routed back through the SAME message so many times before they want to lose their minds. This has to be one of the simplest tasks an apartment complex can have. An adequate way to report problems to the complex, is not what I am finding. Please fix this ASAP.

I used to like how you'd be able to report service requests thru the Aimco website, but then suddenly couldnt do that anymore, so then I was stuck with calling 6 times waiting to get thru to someone!!
