I have lived here for 1 1/2 years, and don't have any complaints. I have a huge balcony, a washer and dryer in my apartment (which I've never had before - always had to walk downstairs to the laundry room when I lived in other apartments), I was allowed to paint the walls and rent is cheap. Sure, the washer and dryer is old and probably from 1985 - but it does it's job and gets my clothes clean. I don't know what you are talking about when you say the office staff is rude - when I come in to pay rent, they smile at me and I drop my check off. No drama. I go in every couple of weeks to pick up a FedEx or UPS package that was left there when I was at work, and they are always nice. Sometimes it is busy in there, but I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. I don't know what you people are talking about when you say they are rude, because I have always had a neutral, pleasant experience. I will probably stay here for another year or two until we are ready to buy a townhouse. OVerall, my experience has been good. Nothing out of the ordinary.
