I've lived here for almost a year and plan on staying for another year, maybe two depending on when we buy a house. I only hear my neighbors when they are walking in the hallway - I never hear them through the walls or anything like my last place. It's quiet here, which is good because I just want to relax when I get home. The neighbors I have seen are nice, and no one blasts their music loud.

Sometimes we can't find a parking spot by our building when we come home late at night, but we just park in the next lot and we don't have to walk that far so I guess it's not that big of a deal. That's only on the weekends, though. During the week I never have a problem, but I'm also coming home a lot earlier.

Whenever something needs to be fixed they take care of it pretty quickly. My sink was leaking once and they fixed it by the time I got home from work.
