Reading some of the reviews I don't understand the complaints about the fees. They were all told to us upfront before we rented. If you don't like them don't sign the contract. I have had a great experience with the quietness. I live on the ground floor and have not had a problem with bugs etc. Office staff has been very friendly and have followed up on any questions I have had. The grounds are well kept and the neighbors have been terrific. Compared to the last place I was at this place is a prayer answered.

I have lived there for over 2 years, yes the fees were stated up front, but when we first rented, the storage lockers were free (this it the first year they charged for them), we didn't pay trash/sewer at first either, so yes, you may have just started to rent with the new policy's in effect but when you have been there long term things changed. Our rent went up the first year $40/month and that was after talking them down by $20, the second year it went up $65/month, tell me that isn't crazy???? We have always had a bug problem since the first year. Hopefully this will be our last year!
