Good Location, Nice Views, Not Too Expensive, Dirty and Outdated

Good location convenient to 88
Nice views of Golf Course
Not too expensive fairly reasonably priced
Outdated, poor maintenance, needs new kitchens, carpets and vinyl
Staff is fine
