DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! We were tenants for a year and had constant problems with appliances breaking down and work not being completed. The leasing consultants are pleasant; however Raquel in the accounting is RUDE and often makes mistakes at the renters expense. Several times the property manager appologized for actions and comments of Raquel. Several tenants have voiced concerned and nothing has been done. AWEFUL PLACE TO LIVE!!! Not up to Naperville standards at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Neighbors are trashy with items left all over. Notes being left on cars from other tenants. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

right on! That Raquel is a real winner... NOT! She doesn't know how to talk to anyone, and when she does she is RUDE!!!!

I would have to disagree with the reviews here. First off I know who the first post came from because we live in the building he just left and we would like to THANK them for moving and taking the nasty bags of dirty dippers and other TRASH with them that were always left laying around where they didn???t belong! Our building looks and SMELLS a hundred times better! And as for your car maybe you should have parked it in a parking spot and not blocking the trash maybe that???s why you never put your garbage in the trash because your car was always blocking it and didn???t realize it was there! I feel sorry for whoever you rented from! I have never had any problems with the accounting department because I pay my rent on time. I hope before someone passes judgment on this apartment community they would consider the source of who was writing the reviews and giving bad ratings! These people sound like spoiled children who don???t get their way. If your rent is late then pay what you owe and move on with your day.

well unfortunaletly you are incorrect. Diapers were never left by us. Rather the folks who lived above us who also dropped cigarettes through the balcony and caught our daughters blanket on fire while she was laying on it. Also there were no neighbor issues until you yourself moved in when several residents started getting letters or "notices" on our cars stating that we were bastards. Not to mention the abundance of lawn ornamets that have been placed all over outside your apartment. Please do not state that you know me. You know nothing of me other than where I lived. Our rent was NEVER paid late but rather mistakes made by the office. We were appologized to time over again for the mistakes. It is great that mistakes have not been made on your account and for your sake I hope that they are not. Our situation is different however. FYI... No we are not renting but rather have purchased a home far above the value that you asume we are worth. Again, I hope your stay at Country Lakes is much more pleasant than ours. But then again you were part of the problem by leaving trash that was not our outside our door and taping notes to our door and the nast messages left on not only our cars but several cars. You are part of the problem that turned a commuinty with potential into a apartment version of traler trash.
