Good: Quiet, clean, nice view of golf course. Decent parking, reasonable rent upon moving in during "special move-in deal."

Bad: We were showed a model prior to moving in with ceramic tile. Our apt. turned out to have linolium tile. We asked for a ground floor because of our toddler running and jumping, they refused and gave us a top floor. Then they acted surprised that tenants below us weren't staying for more than a few months.
If you have a decent-looking wife/girlfriend that stays at home, beware of opportunist neighbors.
Rent gets raised substantially according to "market rate."
Leasing office will not give you a receipt for your rent check unless you ask for one, even then it's a photocopy of your check with a chicken-scratch signature of office employee. Note: Rent receipt books can be purchased at Walgreens. Unreal.
We also found a five-day notice on our door once because they "lost" my check, then assumed that I must have not paid on time since they "lost" it. Unbelievable.
I had to put a stop payment on my check and complain to the corporate office half a dozen times to get the issue resolved.
The "bookeeper" Raquel has a bad day every day of the year and is very rude if not hostile toward tenants. I thought it was just me until I heard this from many others as well.

Many other issues to name here but you get the drift: This place is like meeting a beautiful woman with model looks, only to find out later that she has a shallow and dirty personality. Whether you stay with her or not is your call. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I agree Raquel is AWEFUL!!!! The corporate office told us that they do not believe there is a issue with her. The market rate raise at the end of the leases are ridiculous. Though the model that we viewed was VERY similar to the unit we rented. We had ceramic tile. The apartment itself was fine. A little small for the price and poorly insulated. We heard EVERYTHING our neighbors did. But fine otherwise. Yes there were great views.

I lived here for fours years. There was definitely issues, but everyone in the office was nice except Raquel. Another employee even apologized to me for her being so rude. I only had to deal with her twice and both times she pissed me off.
