I have been here for about 4 months now and I moved into one of the remodeled apartments and all I can say is that I LOVE it!!! Everything is new and clean I don't know what it looked like before but I love my apartment I have an awesome view of the golf course my building is OK I haven't had any issues with my neighbors in fact I have only seem 1 neighbor since I've been here. The office staff has always been nice to me. I had to call once for my dryer and the office had someone here with-in 30 mins to fix it and it turned out to just be the hose was that was bent and since then it works fine. I don't know what all the fuss is with the Electric my bill was under 100.00 bucks last month. I am sure all the fees were explained when you moved in just like it was explained to me. If you are shocked then maybe you should of asked more question or read you lease. I know that the next thing that will be written is that I work for the company and thats OK if you want to think that.

If it is sooooo bad here then why stay from 2004-2008? I know my lease isn't that long. I wish I did work here so that I could get rid of the trashy people here who let dogs crap where they want and leave it and are too lazy to pick up trash they leave laying around. Good luck finding a place that is the perfect world for you!

I have lived here since 2004, so I have a time span over which to gauge comments. I have watched the complex go markedly downhill in this time. The trash DOES overflow and smell, the lot IS littered with cans, bottles, and broken glass, there are loud inconsiderate neighbors, fights in the lot, and attempted breakins. I have had to call the Naperville police three times, once for a fight in the lot, twice for attempted breakins; call them if you don't believe me. Moving as soon as lease is up; DON'T RENT HERE, especially if you have children.

Of course we live here. And of course you work here. We have never been late once. We are just telling the facts. That IF you are late 1 day. They will charge you $95.00. As for the mail goes. We I have never had a problem with mail missing. We have had our mail crushed into the small mail box. Cause the mail person DOES NOT CARE. And yes, I empty it every day, so dont go there. You probably had your radio stolen out of your car, because you are to stupid to lock the doors. Have a nice day.

We get one of our neighbor's mail at least once a month, who knows if they get some of ours.

WAIT TIL YOU LIVE HERE IN THE WINTER!!!!! YOU AINT SEEN NOTHIN YET. THIS IS SUSPOSE TO BE A MILLION DOLLAR PROJECT THEN WHY THE HELL WE STILL HAVE $3 APPLIANCES THAT BARELY WORK. WE PAY ALL THAT RENT AND WE HAVE VERY OLD APPLIANCES, THEY ARE TOO DAMN CHEAP TO GIVE US UPDATED APLLIANCES.
