It's just OK

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and will be moving when our lease is up. There are nicer apartments around the area for the same price, if not lower. Our apartment isn't one of the newly renovated ones yet we're paying more than new residents that get a newer model. The rent amount goes up at least $50 every year and that doesn't include the storage and water fees. I am not going to pay $1100 at renewal so we will be moving more than likely. Parking is just OK. Sometimes you can find a spot and other times you have to park really far from your building. They have too many empty handicap parking spots. Maintenance is very fast when there is a problem so that's a pro for renting here. The insulation in the bldgs are horrible so expect a really high electric bill during the winter and summer. Our windows have been broken 3 times by golfers, however, maintanance was fast to repair. It is still an inconvenience though.
Management is just ok. The workout room has old equipment that doesnt always work and the pool last summer was extremely dirty.
Other than that we've had no problems but for the amount you pay in rent, you can find something nicer.
