Go to the above link to read a conprehensive review of Country Lakes. It is one of the most unpleasant living experiences I have ever had. With an area that has so many choices in places to live find another coice that will not only be nicer, but probably cheaper too. The rent seems low until you have to add all the utilities in. The electric is outragous due to poor insulation and water bills are way to high for the way billed (monthly).

I have lived at these apartments for two years and loved it. Water and electric are less than half of other places I have stayed. They tell you up front electric and water are seperate. I give the courtesy of the staff and maintanence 5 BIG STARS. This is the best place for the money, I am on disability and cannot afford to be foolish with my money.

I also have had no problems at this place - we moved in September to Autumn Run, and the maintenance staff has been on top of things fast as lightening. Sometimes there is one or two people in the main office who don't prioritize, but Shannon will always have things done the day you call, or as soon as possible. We've had some accidents happen (roofers broke a skylight, etc) that they resolved in a timely, professional manner. The price is just right for what you are getting. You can't hear your neighbors (unless they are screaming at each other), the view is amazing, the skylights save money on lighting, the layout is huge. Utilities are NOTHING compared to the other apartments we have lived at in Naperville. Every second floor apartment gets a skylight, every apartment gets a fireplace, the kitchens are huge, the maintenance staff is friendly and efficient, the parking is always available, the cost is right. What more could you want??

We don't live in Autumn Run. The apartments we are speaking of are Country Lakes. Your apartment complex is seperate from ours
