I have made reservation for 30 days. They have daily, and weekly rates. My rate is $54.99, weekly rate is about $425 taxes included. Monthly $1649. My studio have kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, bathroom, phone line, queen bed, and Cable TV. I found in kitchen cabinets some dishes too. My studio is non-smoking, I don't feel any smoke at all from any room or from hallways. The studio is very clean, large and has excellent air conditioning. When I entered studio I noticed that carpet was freshly vaccumed and cleaned, everything looked really nice and neat. Hotel is very peacful, I don't meet many guests on my way in and out.

The 1st day of reservations I could not check in at 3pm, however I called 2 times to let them know, and was told I can check in at any time since I already made reservation and my credit card is on file. I checked in the following day around Noon, and was charged for previous night as well. I wish they did not charge me, but they told me room was kept for me on hold, thus they will charge me. The room was reserved for 2 people, 1 adult and 1 child under 17. According to the website, the children under 17 are staying free. When I was checking in, I was told that I need to be charged for 2 people, not 1. I explained that according to their website children under 17 are staying free, the person seem not to believe that the child is under 17, so the child stated the age, and person called the manager to see what should be done. Manager decided to charge me for 1 adult, and child is staying free, and confirmed the charges $54.99, however charged me the night I haven't been staying as I indicated previously.

My credit card was run immediatelly and I signed receipt, got keys to the room. If you sign up on their website for special offers you will get $10 off. This offer will be e-mailed to you so you got to mention this at the time of reservations or check-in. If you want to use High Speed Internet, there is a $5 one time charge. Local calls are free, you have listings of free numbers on the table so you will know which numbers are local. You will be charged for long distance calls. I called from my studio to get the password for the High Speed Wireless, code was givin to me over the phone, however when I was leaving hotel, Manager and person at the reception asked me how is everything, how do I like Studio and if everything is ok. I said everything is fine, thanks, at which point they told me - they will waive $5 fee for my High Speed Wireless. That was nice thing from them to do, however I haven't checked on the website if this is already included in the rate.

This is pretty much my first day in this hotel, and I don't see any issues at this point. The hotel is righ behind of "Steak 'N Shake" restaurant in Naperville, like 1 minute from the hotel door by walking. There are Subway, Wenddys, gas stations, several other stores, spa shops, Red Roof hotel, and couple of other smaller restaurants. The hotel is located virtually steps from highway. There is no public transportation here that you can use to get to Metra station route 59 for instance. You got to either have your own car, rent a car ( there is Avis 3 minutes from hotel by walking ) or take a cab ( American taxi, 303 is available too ). The fare with cab to Route 59 Metra station is about $5, to Fox Valley Mall about $9-$10. Or you can take a cab to Metra Route 59, and then take Pace Bus 535 that will take you to Fox Valley Shopping Mall.

Parking is available, there is no noise, overal appearance is from 1 - 10 ( 9-10 ), safety is not an issue, constraction is great, staff is good ( they greet you when you are coming and leaving ). If you order pizza from Dominos they have some discounts and special offers for guests staying in this place.
