My wife and I moved into the Fairways early 2004, and thought "what a great place". The location, quality of the apartment, and the price was great. After a couple of months of being here, we started receving letters under our door telling us how we were very loud all of the time, and having people come to our house all hours of the night, slamming doors, ect... Anyway, this went on until about October, and I finally went and spoke to management (Peggy Crowley) about this matter, and she basically told me there was nothing she can do about it, she was going to evict us, until we obtained a lawyer. Magically all of our issues went away. I dont even own a stereo in my home because Im in fear my wife and two young children will not have a place to live. Anyone who has or currently lives in The Fairways knows that ALL of their doors slam automatically, and one other thing, even If we were having visitors all hours, whos business is it anyway if they are quiet, and not bothering other residents. We were accused of dealing drugs. Cmon, Ive got a wife and 2 children. I may be young, but not stupid. After socializing with some neighbors, Ive heard how The Fairways is a huge gossip circle, especially the office. Everybody who works there is somehow tied to management, like Peggys mom, who walks around constantly looking at different things, and probably people. The painter is Peggys former husband, the lifeguards are all friends of Peggy, and certain neighbo0rs are "peggys spys" so to say. Sometimes, I dont go smoke outside my house because I wonder what busy body is watching me now. I like living here, but some of this stuff is just crazy. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

This place IS crazy...I feel like I have no privacy here. Maintenance is constantly coming through. I don't pay hundreds of dollars to live here and feel like I'm in college again...

I feel she is doing the same thing hear in Willowbrook . she is cleaning house and hiring all people she knows.
