My wife and jid moved in for a short term lease. This was the cheapest and they would allow us to do it. But we would have almost weekly visits by Maintanance, and no they didn't fix anything, they were just walk throughs. When we needed repairs they were no where to be found. I fixed mst of the problems myself, all except for the leaky faucet that was still broke when we moved. Yes there is a whasher and dryer, but they used the pantries to put them in, so if you like to store your food in run down smelly cabinets, then I guesse it is fine. the only way i would reccomend this place is if you are in a bind. the teens are horrible. they do roam the parking lot and I did have damage done to my car. Also when they airated the lawn they did not clean the sidewalks and mud was draged through the hallway and all over my apt.
