The new management team sucks. The new landscaping looks horrible... I dont know who thought of growing tall weedy grass, but it is the worst idea ever. I could of planned the landscaping better, with no experience what-so-ever. MOW THE GRASS! No grills allowed, and if you have a grill, you cant even keep it on the property, or you pay a grill fee. The rent jumped, for what reason' Because they put some crappy new landscaping in' They "renovated" the kitchens recently, but all they did was put new cabinet doors on. Same ol crappy flooring, which is falling apart, same ol crappy countertops. They only offer year leases, and month to month leases, but with a $200 monthly fee. I wouldnt recommend these apartments.
