I was going through and reading some of the reviews that have been written and have decided to add a little bit more to the facts of how this property is being ran by Patty. Over the summer one of the pool attendants was hit on by Patty. After he rejected her she has been trying to get him and his wife evicted from the complex. They have also been in contact with the corporate office and were contemplating on filing a sexual harassament complaint with corporate on Patty. I have heard and seen what goes on behind the scenes of the Fairways and I think if this many tenants feel this way about Patty, then this would be the time to pull together and do something about it. This has been going on for far too long already. Patty is very rude and snotty. She seems to want the title as the Property Manager but doesn't really want to take the role and handle the things she should. Most of the time she sits in her office with the door closed so she doesn't have to deal with the tenants at all and has the Assistant Property Manager deal with everything. Patty is very unprofessional and also shows this in the clothes she chooses to wear. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

This is very true. Patty is the worst thing ever to happen to this complex. She is rude and does not handle business in the correct manner. My family and I had to move due to Patty and her negative reviews to her supervisor. Julie the Asst. in the office is trying to keep things together because as stated...Patty thats if she is in...KEEPS HER DOOR CLOSED ALL DAY AND DOES NOT TALK TO THE TENANTS BUT HAS JULIE PUTTING LETTERS ON THEIR DOOR ALL THE TIME!!!!!! The couple that watch the pool is very nice and Juan is as well.
